Willoughby Brings Years of Executive Branch and Capitol Hill Experience to the Firm

TAX EXPERT & HIGHLY RESPECTED HILL STAFFER STEPHEN BAILEY TO JOIN HEATHER PODESTA + PARTNERS

(Washington, DC) Stephen Bailey, who has worked in the public policy arena for more than 30 years, is joining Heather Podesta + Partners (HP+P) in February 2012.

Prior to joining HP+P, Bailey was the principal staffer on tax legislative issues for Senator Kent Conrad (D-ND), Budget Committee Chairman and 3rd ranking Democrat on the Finance Committee. He spent nearly 14 years with the North Dakotan, the last 11 as tax counsel for the Budget Committee Democrats.
