Willoughby Brings Years of Executive Branch and Capitol Hill Experience to the Firm

She most recently served in the Obama Administration as the Deputy Associate Administrator for Policy in the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs, where she focused on government-wide acquisition and small business policy and the federal real estate portfolio.

TAX EXPERT & HIGHLY RESPECTED HILL STAFFER STEPHEN BAILEY TO JOIN HEATHER PODESTA + PARTNERS
(Washington, DC) Stephen Bailey, who has worked in the public policy arena for more than 30 years, is joining Heather Podesta + Partners (HP+P) in February 2012.
Prior to joining HP+P, Bailey was the principal staffer on tax legislative issues for Senator Kent Conrad (D-ND), Budget Committee Chairman and 3rd ranking Democrat on the Finance Committee. He spent nearly 14 years with the North Dakotan, the last 11 as tax counsel for the Budget Committee Democrats.

Klein most recently served as U.S. Senator Byron Dorgan's (D-ND) Legislative Director, where he helped the Senator leverage his committee and leadership positions to achieve numerous victories on important issues facing this nation ranging from health care reform to energy policy. He previously served as Dorgan’s legislative adviser on health care and education policy issues.
